Latest ManhattanONE Release Pioneers a New Approach to In-System Connectivity and Visual Analysis…

We’re pleased to announce the release of our latest ManhattanONE service pack with new innovative, platform-level tools designed to enhance the capability of all our ManhattanONE modules.
ManhattanONE In-System Smart Messaging & Collaboration
This pioneering new feature solves the common problem of how to show why a particular decision was made when there is no formal record of exchanges between teams in and out of the real estate department.
The lack of a conclusive record of such decision-making is often the result of cross-team communications taking place outside the company’s real estate management system via email or messenger apps.
Our solution was to build a centralized messaging and collaboration tool that enables all inter-discipline communications to take place within the ManhattanONE system itself, and, significantly, across all ManhattanONE modules. This makes it easier to keep track of the logic trail by ensuring that entire threaded conversations — and all the data and records associated with them — are automatically retained inside ManhattanONE.
Key features include:
- Automated insights. Insights from the data that require action can now be pushed to you via automated messages.
- Configurable templates. Messages can be created manually or automatically based on configurable templates that control the content.
- Document sharing. ManhattanONE records and documents can be shared via the message/task record.
- Send in-system messaging links to users outside the system. If team members are not currently in the system, you can send them a URL via email. When recipients click on the URL it takes them directly to the content of the in-system message.
This new tool’s unique ability to automate in-system messages, automatically suggest recipients, and systematically consolidate messages will make it easier to drive projects forward between different disciplines and across multiple teams.
Visual Analysis Reporting
Historically, reporting tools have tended to focus on the decision-support needs of senior managers. But decisions are made at other levels too, and users lower down the ranks — at the record level, for instance — have often been overlooked by reporting solutions.
That’s why new Visual Analysis Reporting is specially designed to support ManhattanONE users at all levels within an organization.
Key features include:
- New ‘Analysis’ tab added to ManhattanONE records. Instead of a record simply displaying the attributes of a property, emission factor, or a lease, the new Visual Analysis tab becomes the ‘front cover’ of the record within ManhattanONE. It saves time by displaying an instant summary so you can quickly identify the actions you need to take.
- Create a Visual Analysis report set. You can bundle many different reports into a visual analysis report set (or even multiple sets). This allows you to see all relevant maps, charts, pivot charts, and reports, as well as any messages related to the record.
The Visual Analysis Reporting and In-System Messaging features both have tactical business objectives. They’re designed to enhance the way end users interact with ManhattanONE — from improving inter-discipline collaboration across the system, to bringing an advanced reporting capability downstream to users at all levels.
These new essential features are available to all our customers today. Give your team the software they need to meet the challenges of expertly managing your real estate portfolio, contact us to learn more or book a demo.
