Shape the Future: The Countdown Begins…

‘Shape the Future’ our second virtual conference of 2020 kicks off on Monday November 16 with a series of insightful and thought-provoking sessions on real estate trends, workplace strategies and the integration of technology.
Since our ‘Powering Business Resilience’ virtual conference in May, it’s clear that the transition back to the workplace is likely to be a slow one and while nothing is certain right now, we’re confident our real estate and workforce needs will never be the same again.
Leaders will need to focus on the next set of challenges as they look to the post-Covid future and a real estate portfolio that truly works for their organization.
While nothing can replace face-to-face conferences, Trimble, along with our industry friends from Colliers, PwC and Deloitte have created what promises to be a fantastic week with daily online sessions related to managing your real estate portfolio in dynamic times.
- We kick off on Monday with Suresh Sundaram, general manager of the Trimble real estate division and our guest keynote speaker, Keith Perske – practise leader and workplace advisory expert at Colliers International. Keith leads Colliers workplace advisory practise in the Americas. He is known as a choreographer of the experience of work and in that capacity, a shepherd of resources related not only to design but also corporate culture, HR policies and permissions, technology, brand connection and wellness. Keith will talk about the non-obvious, but highly impactful revelations that must be considered as we make big decisions about the future of our workplaces.
- On Tuesday, we focus on resilient leadership. How has leadership changed? What is the impact of working from home on data? What is the role of real estate in moving the organization forward? Moderated by Luc Kamperman from Veldhoen and Company, our panel of property, people and process experts from PwC and Trimble will discuss the real estate, employee skills and technology trends influencing the enterprise of the future.
- On Wednesday, our highly anticipated advisory session will be moderated by Francisco Acoba, from Deloitte. Joining Francisco will be joined by Greg Smook, head of corporate real estate for Guardian Life and Joe Barile, the lead for Real Estate, Workplace and Facilities Services at Amazon Audible. Francisco’s session will provide insights and guidance on strategic considerations relative to the alignment of real estate strategies with overall business goals.
- On Thursday, the focus changes to technology and the power of actionable data. Join specialists as they debate tech trends and data demands for sustaining workplace environments and shaping future real estate success.
- And finally, on Friday we close our event with an invite only Deloitte and Trimble VIP Executive Summit. One of the many benefits of being a Trimble Real Estate customer is joining a global community of like-minded people across multiple industries. Our private virtual round tables and executive summits fuel agile, innovative thinking from the heart of our customer groups to the edge of their networks.
