Room Booking and Workplace Navigation

To increase space booking efficiency and improve collaboration, employees can access existing room and desk bookings on integrated floor plans, with search functions to quickly find an available space that meets their requirements - from last minute meeting bookings, through to booking a desk as a touchdown space. Employees can search and find co-workers, workspaces and services across the real estate portfolio or on a current floor. Quickly view and navigate accurate floor plans throughout the building and highlight types of spaces, availability and view office services on the floor plan.

Work Orders and Self-Service Requests

To increase the productivity of technicians in the field work orders can be dispatched via mobile devices. This allows technicians to review and complete work orders assigned to them without having to make a trip back to the office. Technicians can update work order records as they perform operations or discover new information. They can assign labour resources and parts needed to perform the required work and record service time spent on an activity before they leave the job site.  Physical comfort is an important factor in improving workplace wellness. ManhattanONE’s self-service app enables employees to quickly and easily report maintenance problems and request services i.e. washrooms are flooded or office is too hot, and track progress from notification through to completion. Fast, reactive responses to workplace problems can help increase productivity and elevate employee satisfaction.

Update Live Space Information while you Walk around Floors

To help ensure the accuracy of data after a move is executed our SpaceWalker app can be used in the field to make real time corrections of space assignments.  ManhattanONE's SpaceWalker gives you interactive floor plans and the ability to update information instantly. You can tap on a room on the floor plan to display its attributes, then tap again to assign people, assets, business units, or take notes about the space. Update information while you’re in the room, with the live situation right in front of you.
