ManhattanONE work order app allows FM work to be done quickly, efficiently and easily, while on the move, using intuitive screens and common navigation touch points. Users can view work order information and assets, enter arrival/departure times, access asset and procedure related documents, add additional information, such as uploading images of the issues and completed work, and complete work assignments. In addition, integration with Trimble MAPS provide powerful route-planning, a unique feature that can provide maintenance teams with advice on the most efficient route for them to travel between different locations.
