When we launched Trimble Real Estate’s Global Alliance Program last year, our goal was to enhance, augment and complement our existing service delivery areas. While we expected the program to be successful, we’re thrilled with the caliber of business we’ve welcomed to our community. In just one year, 18 organizations joined our Global Alliance Program, making a long-term commitment to a shared vision and common market value proposition.
At the intersection of real estate and technology, these industry experts have joined forces with Trimble to provide implementation services and business strategy to our customers across the globe. They include many of the world’s largest and most well-respected professional services firms, many with annual revenues upwards of $40 billion, as well as architecture and design firms, system integrators, and real estate companies specializing in corporate real estate services. Organizations including Deloitte, HOK, Verum, ROI, KMD, ALCM in S. Africa and Full Concept in Italy work tirelessly to grow their businesses centered on our product. Through expertise, knowledge and hard work, these firms extend the value of Trimble Real Estate and help our customers maximize their investment in Trimble’s Manhattan, CenterStone and Space Scheduling solutions.
The Global Alliance Program allows Trimble to meet high demand in current and new markets while expanding our community of customers in countries worldwide as the constantly changing regulations and ever-evolving workforce requirements make effective real estate and workplace management more challenging than ever.
We designed the program to include influencers, implementation and strategic organizations, each working with Trimble in a way that makes sense for their business.
Influencers: believe in our solutions and bring opportunities and ongoing business development to Trimble.
Implementation: trained to implement the Manhattan and CenterStone systems. These organizations receive the same level of training as Trimble Real Estate professional services employees.
Strategic: full-service organizations that have the ability to sell, implement and support our full product line. However, they have the ability to drive a higher-level of capability, delivery and business results. Strategic alliances include real estate management and FM service organizations integrating Trimble technology as a combined product solution offering to their customer base.
Becoming a member of the program allows organizations to benefit from Trimble Real Estate’s world-class software solutions and the service offerings we provide. They get the support that enables them to fully sell, implement and understand our product suites. By joining our program, members increase their visibility in the marketplace, scale their business, develop their position and market coverage, and increase revenue.
As we move into the early part of 2020, we’re expecting the program to continue growing by forging alliances with organizations that can bring value to our customers and help us reach new markets worldwide.
